💳 Refund & Cancellation Policy
Learn about Camper Paradise's cancellation and refund policies.
1. Booking Cancellation
You may cancel your booking at any time. The refund amount depends on how far in advance you cancel.
- 30+ days before pickup → Full refund.
- 15-30 days before pickup → 50% refund of the total amount.
- Less than 15 days → No refund available.
- There are no refunds available in August
2. Booking Modification
You can modify your booking dates (subject to availability) free of charge if requested at least 15 days in advance.
3. Early Vehicle Return
If you return the camper before the scheduled date, no refund will be provided for unused rental days.
4. Cancellation by Camper Paradise
In rare cases where we are unable to provide the vehicle due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer:
- 100% refund of your payment or
- An alternative vehicle (if available).
5. Security Deposit Policy
A security deposit of €1500 is required via credit card pre-authorization at pickup. The deposit will be released upon the vehicle's return, provided no damages are found.
6. Special Circumstances
