2. Rental Services & Bookings

• To rent a camper, you must be 23+ years old and hold a valid driver’s license for at least 5 years.
• If you have a pet please contact us first.
• All bookings require a 30% deposit.
• Payments are processed securely, and we do not store credit card details.
• Camper Paradise reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings if necessary.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• 30+ days before pickup → Full refund.
• 15-30 days before pickup → 50% refund.
• Less than 15 days → No refund.
• No refunds for early returns or failure to meet rental conditions.

4. Acceptable Use

By using our website, you agree NOT to:
🚫 Use our website for fraudulent activities.
🚫 Violate intellectual property rights (logos, images, content).
🚫 Attempt hacking, data scraping, or unauthorized access.

Violation of these terms may result in legal action and service restrictions.

5. Liability & Disclaimers

• Camper Paradise is not liable for accidents, theft, or third-party issues during your trip.
• Renters are responsible for returning the vehicle in good condition.
• We do not guarantee website uptime or accuracy of third-party data (Google Maps, weather, etc.).

6. Intellectual Property

All content on www.camperparadise.gr (text, logos, images) is owned by Camper Paradise and may not be copied without written permission.
